My my bill page not opening

I got a handy from O2 without contract.
When i open the page where I can see how much I have paid for my phone and I want to pay at one time to close this, but the page does not open.
Can any one help please.

    Did you try using a different browser? It might help if you delete the cookies in your browser history.
    Does an error message occour? If yes, which one?
