Overall, I have a terrible experience with Meine O2 app. I don’t speak German. I can never know, when is my pack finishing and when should be next billing and I never know how many minutes of phone call i have.
And I also faced this problem. Can you help please? I have an existing monthly option Kombi-Optionen, o2 my prepaid S and the internet finished before the next billing, so I bought a second option with 4gb Data Pack L. Then i saw in my app that I have two active options, and i didn’t want to be billed for 2 options every month so I cancelled the L pack right a day after buying it. However, I didn’t not want to cancel this months data pack that I already paid for. I wanted to stop paying for next months. But it cancelled this month too, now i don’t have any internet, and I don’t have a refund of this cancelled data pack. The unsubscribe button i pushed just wasted the money and data pack. Can you please refund me the money for this data pack or give it back to me only for this month, since i paid. And also can someone help me understand until which day of month do I use an option?
