i have purchased a my prepaid M package and accidentally cancelled it (I didn’t know it has been activated because at that time it was shown that it hasn’t). I then purchase another my prepaid M package that I’m using now. I would like to have my refund for the first my prepaid M package which I didn’t use at all. Thank you.
