Hi I have received today my router but the DSL connection is not working, on the router the light is blinking, how can I get it connected?

Thank you, yes finally got someone in support that spoke english and spanish and book a tecnical service and then came Monday as the connection was not complete , and they fixed it, I have now internet, thank you
The router is usually delivered a few days before the provision date. Please wait until the scheduled date of activation of the connection. The o2 DSL connection cannot be used before then, this is normal.
Thank you very much, I thought I got a message that I can use immediately, plus email saying it was ready as they came today from telekom . But will wait then.
Actually should be from today but cant get it working and in the phone no one speaks english, although was talking to someone in english but they pass the call and then they didnt speak english, its still no dsl connection

I tried on friday they repplied on Monday in english, but I already had the appointment, so they just said of course needed to wait for the technician, but is a good tip and they were texting in english

But the light from the router DSL is flashing and when I try the page it say:
Status der DSL- Verbindung with an x
and hinweis: Nicht verbunden
and I cant select weiter to continue

@erikapfc look at you letters from O2. What is the activation date of your lane?
If it is the 18.12.2020 than you should get a connection. If the date is bigger than 18.12.2020 than you have to wait.
