my router is not working


Our dsl router stopped working. I changed nothing. Only the power and wlan leds are green and wlan led is blinking. I went through all the power reset, factory reset routines. Now, I can log into the einrichtungsassistent - startseite but it prompts me to check the cabling (bitte überprüfen Sie die Verkabelung Ihrer o2 HomeBox). Cabling is just fine. Internet led pf the router is off. Can't do anything else. Please someone help me solve this issue, it is super annoying not being able to use something that I have been paying regularly for almost ten years now.

@Retrosaurus please make a technical ticket with the o2 dsl help app. I don’t know if you get an english speaken operator, if you call the hotline. Can a german friend assist you?
