Prepaid sim card not arrived yet (ordered on July 17, 2019)


To whom It May concern,

I bought O2 my prepaid L on June 18, 2019 (since I want to stay in Tuebingen for visiting PhD student from June 18, 2019 to August 30, 2019), and I ordered O2 my prepaid S on July 17, 2019 (after previous contract period of O2 my prepaid L is finished). In the email, I heard that I should get a SIM card within 2 ~ 3 business days, but I did not receive it yet.

Is there some problem, or should I have to wait more? I could not use your phone since July 17, 2019 ...

I visited O2 shop, and found out that I actually do not need to buy new SIM card since I already bought one (O2 myprepaid L) on June 18, 2019. Hence, I managed to use myprepaid S since July 24, 2019.

I'm currently not in Tuebingen since July 26, 2019 and I will return Tuebingen around July 28, 2019. I didn't get SIM card until 9 a.m. on July 26, 2019, but I will check my mailbox when I return Tuebingen.

Sorry for the delay, but from what I can see, the sim card has reached you in the meantime.
Is everything working now as planned and can you use it the way you wanted to? 🙂
