Hello, 

I bought an O2 sim card from a kiosk for O2 myPrepaid S (3.5 GB) pack. 

While activating the card, in the data options whenever I choose O2 my Prepaid S (3.5 GB) and enter the information in the “Meine Daten” page, I get the error mentioned (“Es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten.”) and the IBAN option also appears in this page (which I do not want to enter now). 

However, when I choose the O2 prepaid 9ct, the personal details are being accepted without the IBAN. As I have already paid 9.99 euros for the O2 my Prepaid S (3.5 GB) card pack, I want to know whether the card will have the 9.99 I paid for if I choose another data option while activating (i.e O2 prepaid 9ct or O2 Prepaid S 6 GB) or will I have to separately top up for it?
