mobile phone with contract rejected


Hello,

I ordered a phone with sim card and I got the confirmation and I paid the initial fees( 185,99) euros, but the very next day they sent me an email saying that they aren't sending me the phone but they will send the sim card separately, I am getting this contract from o2 just because of the phone, know and after they cancelled the shipping of the phone I don't want the deal any more, what should I do know?

Send an email to widerruf@cc.o2online.de to revoke the mobile contract.

It's a shame that the cell phone has been canceled. As bs0 already said, cancel the tariff at the email address. You will also find a cancellation policy attached to your order.
