issue with prepaid activation


My plan was due for a automatic renewal yesterday as 9th of February was last day for my recharge. I got the message telling me the same. 

I had also topped up the amount yesterday so that it can get automatically renewed but when I checked today, my plan is not renewed. 

And because my plan is not renewed automatically, I incurred data charges after 12 am on 10th February and that costed me all my top up amount. 

I have been using this plan since 2 years and never had this issue before, can you please suggest?

Note: on MyO2 overview, It's showing that I have used 0 of the available data limit but the plan last date is still showing up as 9th February.

I just checked your prepaid card, and it shows that no costs outside of a pack have been incurred.

On the 9th of February, a top-up of 10 EUR was made from your account, and this morning the o2 my Prepaid S package was also booked, as usual.

This means that your o2 my Prepaid S package is currently active again.

I hope you can see this in your "meino2 overview" as well?
