Please i need to  speak with an English o2 worker. Just got my first invoice in my email but the amount is different from what i activated.

I Need a better explanation because i am supposed to pay of basic unlimited which is about 30 euros, but am receiving an invoice to pay 66.98euro please someone help me understand what's going on. 

Probably the first invoice included the activation fee of 39,99.

o2 doesn’t send invoices by email. You need to download your invoice in the customer portal or the app and then you will be able to see what you have been charged for.
