Eventuell mal mit der Frage nach der Eigenen Rufnummer anfangen und dann die Störung melden…

Könnte auch helfen.

Ich möchte meine Telefonnummer hier nicht preisgeben ㅠㅡㅠ

Also schon mal einen neuen aussuchen.

Warum ist mein Router plötzlich deaktiviert?

@dhxnqudtls Did you speak English? Did you ever get an email from o2? Did o2 take money from your German bank account?

I received an e-mail from o2, but I didn't receive anything about the contract, and I took 2 months' worth of money from o2.

@dhxnqudtls You can call tomorrow the English hotline if your English is better than your German.

Did you know your o2 customer number? Look at debit at your German bank account.

I think you are not able to understand the translation from German to you mother language…

I told you to ask the hotline first for you land lane number and that tell them that you have trouble with your DSL connection.

Normal you need some data to activate you homebox only if you have a working connection, that has been activated than not.

So if you have not done any activation (voip PIN) than there could be an old line active.

So it could be that the old line get disabled or there is a normal failure. Than you cloud be happy.

Important phone will not work with a homebox, with out a rent contract for a homebox!

I received an e-mail from o2,

What kind of content?

@dhxnqudtls And again. If you don’t directly rented the Homebox from o2, the Homebox will not work at your apartment.

Hi @dhxnqudtls,
would you prefer to communicate in German or English? I'm sorry if I missed the answer to this question.
Basically, you will find the phone number in your order data, which we will send you as an attachment to the mails we send you, unless you have expressed the wish to receive the contract data by mail. Both the email and the subject of the letter start with:
Welcome to o2 my Home
Please check your spam folder to see if you can find the email there.
When I read your first post it sounds like you set up the router manually, so you entered the access data for the internet manually, is that correct?
If so, in the same letter/mail where you found the access data, you will find your phone number on the first page.
Could you find it?

Kind regards
Larissa
