windows 10 no internet

Hi all, sorry i'll post this in English, I have an issue with my homespot, i can access to internet through my phone but I cannot access to internet with my computer, either with wifi or lan cable.

 

I have followed the steps but it still doesn't work at all.

 

anyone can help me?

    HomeBox (DSL) or HomeSpot (Mobile)?
