I already have O2 sim on my phone. I am planning to buy Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 LTE. Will using O2 eSim (same number as I use on phone) on Galaxy Watch 4 cost anything extra since I already have O2 sim on my phone. If it will cost extra, please tell me how much would it be (My O2 sim on phone is having a plan of 60gb data)?

But when I checked with one of O2 office, they are saying like I have to pay 5 euros per month for eSim eventhough I have O2 sim on my phone.

It depends on your Tarif. There are some with free Multicards and some with extra charge per Multicard.
check your Tarif details.

An eSIM for your watch would be activated as Mutlicard, which comes with an acitvation fee of 39,99 € and a montly price of 4,99 € per month.
