It has been very hard to understand how you operate. I cancelled my contract after the agreed 24 months, asked for the number to be made pre paid SIM, which didnt happen - the number was cancelled. I was then told I needed to set up a new contract, which I did- only to receive a new number, which I dont want and have been trying to cancel. I have now been to one of your shop, called 3 of your service numbers and noone can help me widerruf this contract I dont need.
Its really not clear. Can someone help?
