Hello O2 Community,
I'm new to o2 and need your help. I signed a contract for Internet (o2 my Home M) on September 29th, 2021. The Callcenter agent provided us with two o2 Free S Flex SIM cards. The cards are supposed to bridge the time until the DSL connection is activated. However, I would like to revoke these two SIM cards. The reason for this is that the Callcenter agent never mentioned that it was an ongoing contract.
I have sent the widerruf documents for these on 02.10.2021, writing on these documents the name of the contract, the auftragsnummern, my name and my address. They replied today saying that they need to write in the e-mail (for safety reasons) my name, my exact address, my born date and “ Ihre Kundennummer und/oder betreffende Telefonnummer”. However, I could only find my Kundennummer of my internet contract and, actually does someone know where I can find it? Moreover, each sim card in the contract has a Handynummer and a Festnetznummer. Should I mention both of these? (And how can this happen?)
