Hello O2 Community,

I'm new to o2 and need your help. I signed a contract for Internet (o2 my Home M) on September 29th, 2021. The Callcenter agent provided us with two o2 Free S Flex SIM cards. The cards are supposed to bridge the time until the DSL connection is activated. However, I would like to revoke these two SIM cards. The reason for this is that the Callcenter agent never mentioned that it was an ongoing contract.

 

I have sent the widerruf documents for these on 02.10.2021, writing on these documents the name of the contract, the auftragsnummern, my name and my address. They replied today saying that they need to write in the e-mail (for safety reasons) my name, my exact address, my born date and “ Ihre Kundennummer und/oder betreffende Telefonnummer”. However, I could only find my Kundennummer of my internet contract and, actually does someone know where I can find it? Moreover, each sim card in the contract has a Handynummer and a Festnetznummer. Should I mention both of these? (And how can this happen?)

Dear o2_Tobias,

 

Today they replied me by e-mail that they have got my message and that tomorrow they are going to cancel the SIM-cards. I have also send my personal details and the Handynumern and the Ferznummern, so I have the right to widerruf the 2 sim-cards (the e-mails are the written proof together with the widerruf documents). Moreover, I have called the phone number of the widerruf and they assured me that tomorrow the cards are going to be cancelled. They are also going to send me a proof by mail. So, I hope that all have been done

Do you know if I am going to see the sim cards in the status "cancelled" tomorrow in the o2app? It should be written.

great that you have received already additional information. 

Normally, you will get a confirmation by letter concerning the cancellations. Please have some more patience for a few more days.

the problem is that they promised me the cancelation to be tomorrow, so I need to see my cards cancelled in the app. Is that how it goes?


@aphan koups I am not a 100% sure which status you will see tomorrow in the o2 app, but  I am sure my colleagues will do what they have promised you.

Unfortunately, in the app there is nothing different. Nothing has been changed. However I am legally fine since they sent to me an e-mail confirming my widerruf (written proof), I also called the specific phone number for widerruf and they guaranteed that it is going to be cancelled (the phone call was being recorded). Lastly, I had sent the further needed information written in an e-mail, my name, my Ihre Kundennummer und/oder betreffende Telefonnummer”, my exact address, my born date. So, it's over.

 

Moreover, the app today doesn't work I think. It doesn't refresh. It says " Für diese Rufnummer sind keine  Daten verfügbar". And the dsl connection is still to be send ( The link for current status doesn't work) and the sim cards are still abgeschlossen. Do you know anything Matze?

it does not matter what we believe, but what the facts are. :wink:  

But according to your message, it seems that the contracts are already cancelled. 

But in order to give you a for sure-confirmation, I have just sent to you a private message via @o2_Support. After you have given me some personal details, we will have a look what the data shows concerning your cancellations.

I have sent a widerruf on 7.10 (it is within 14 days) but I have not get a response yet (I have provided the necessary documents sending them by e-mail). Also, I have written a text in the e-mail, describing all my personal information. I am wondering when they are going to answer me. I have also sent an e-mail today and yesterday. I am legally fine, I described everything in the message and there is no answer. When are they going to respond me? When do they usually respond?

hi, did you receive an automatic confirmation of receipt?

if not, please send the cancellation email again without attachments.

If data is missing then you will be asked.

This is so unfortunate, the same evil tricks they have used on me! 
I cancelled the Contract in Septermber but todate, they are still charging me 3,22 Euros! Urtelly disgusting!
