Yaaaay, at last your site loaded.

What is the problem with the internet @ 13403???? its been like this since last Sunday, it was bad before (for you not to think it was shiny and flowery) then became worse. I pay for 50mbps I get the connection which we had back in 90s. It became worse. What is the issue here? 

I have the HomeSpot and I pay 35 euro monthly not to get a 350 Kbps. 

Please do not tell me to restart the router nor change its location. It does not matter. Everyday after midday the connection drops from ~3.5Mbps to less than 500Kbps. We can’t load any site. If this will not be solved, and I am pretty sure you do not know even what is the issue. I am cancelling in 48 hours.

have you already checked if there are any known issues at your address through the LiveCheck?
From the high upload and small download, I’d assume that the station that you are connecting to is simply overloaded, that would also explain why this happens at certain times during the day.

So what is the solution? Is it my problem the station is overloaded? I pay for a service which is supposed to give me up to 50 Mbps (on the old tarrif), now it is 100Mbps, and I get less than 1 Mbps?! Yet you take the payment and walk away as if nothing happens or it is my fault that I live in a place where the station became overloaded. Maybe it is also my fault that I write to O2 about my connection issue. It is just wasting my time. It is a robbery and I took the wrong choice since day one when I signed the contract with you guys, and will take the right choie to correct it myself. Thank you.


It took me sometime again to load the site here……This is moments ago… we can’t do anything at all. Afternoon it was around 1Mbps. Now at night is is awful… I do not know what to say!

 

 


Speachless...9:00 PM and you can’t do anything online.

this is not something that can be solved on a short term. We do not have any information concerning if, when and where additional capacities are being added to an area, so in the case of overloaded stations we cannot help you, as this is not a technical defect.
Have you checked what is avaiable at your address for other technologies? If DSL or Cable is avaiable that is practically always a better alternative for providing internet within your apartment.
