Where to find my O2 prepaid sim card pin?

Hi, 

I recently moved to Berlin and bought a O2 prepaid sim from a nearby shop. Not sure how, but today my phone is asking me to enter sim pin and it is allowing me to make only 3 attempts. I do have the cover of my sim card, but could not find the sim pin mentioned anywhere. Also, I have not created my account on O2 platform till now.

 

Can someone please help with the this issue? How to get the pin to unlock the phone?

Hi!

Can't find the Sim holder?

 

Otherwise you have to call the o2 prepaid customer service: 0176 / 888 55 282

Actually, I tried calling from other number, since my phone is locked, but the IVR service is only in German language. Is there a way I can opt for english language?

Thanks, I got the pin no from the sim card holder and it worked. Very helpful!
