I want to renew the contract to the 20gb 16,99 p/m deal I’m offered, but it automatically includes the weitersurf guarantee which costs 4,99. I tried removing it from my current contract but there is no option to do so (only the option to remove 5g, which I’m happy to keep). It may be because at the last renewal this option was „accidentally“ added to the contract, and so after pointing this out to the sales team I was given a monthly rebate for the same value (they said it couldn’t be removed, I have no idea why not).
So, can you please remove it for me so I can complete the renewal? The website says it’s possible. I’d rather not have it at all, the rebate option makes little sense and as for the feature I’ve not used it at all in the last years.

The continued surfing guarantee cannot currently be removed, but it should not be booked back in with a contract extension. I'll send you an offer at the above price without the surfing guarantee, that should work. Thank you for the answer and the offer @o2_Andrea however the price i'm offered in the app is 16,99 (shown in second image below) while the offer you sent is 21,99 (first Image below). It also includes the weitersurf guarantee at 5 euros per month. Was that a mistake, it have i misunderstood?

One more thing though: it's more expensive than my current contract as i bought 2 phones from o2 which both have 8 Euro per month rebate attached. So I'm currently using 14€ for o2M. They're active until November. How can i keep these rebates when upgrading?
the hardware discount does not apply if you extend your tariff. We can't book this again. It only works when you buy new hardware on the same day as you renew the mobile plan. You’ll get a discount on the basic fee now. The alternative would be that you wait until the hardware discount expires before renewing the contract. So you can use it as long as possible.
I offered you the same plan as you mentioned above. It is without hardware discount.
