was I scammed or something?


Hallo Leute

Few weeks ago I've bought O2 SIM card and it was supposed to be unlimited mobile data, unlimited calls and text and the monthly payments is 49.99€ per month for 2 years. 

Naturally I only left 54€ in my bank account believing 50€ would go to o2 and 5€ stay so Sparkasse wouldn't freeze my account.. but today after waking up I found out my bill is over 80€??? WTH? You are supposed to be the best communication company in Deutschland so why are you guys fooling vulnerable people who are fool enough to subscribe without mastering the language?

yes, the “KD Nr.” (Kundennummer) is correct. :relaxed:

Even in case you forget it, you can always talk to our billing department and they will find your payment, but fortunately everything is okay.

I guess next week your payment will be receive your customer account.

You seem to have overlooked the activation fee which is charged in the first invoice.

No offence, but if you do not understand what you are signing, then you probably shouldn’t sign it without help from somebody who does.

did you check the details in your bill? There must be a another option if the monthly fee normally is lower.

Could it be the activation fee @bs0 mentioned?

I apologise if I offended you but it's frustrating. tomorrow I'm going to the man who ordered the SIM card for me because I paid him the activation fee foolishly believing he would do it online (that's what he told me) but could you help me to know how much the activation fee exactly? I'm trying to check the details but to no avail... 

I just hope this doesn't repeat next month.

You can register your account for the Mein o2 (My o2 area) here: https://login.o2online.de/idm/#/registrieren/mobilfunk-vertrag

After the registration with your mobile number you can access all the details of your contract and look into your bill. If you have questions, feel free to ask us.

Hello I went to the bank this morning and deposited the right amount and transferred it manually to the contents available to me. But I still didn't get a notification to confirm that my bill is paid... could you tell me how to make sure my bill is accepted?

Hi @Kira96gintoki,

 

normally it takes about 1-2 days until the transfer is done and the money on your customer account. Did you state your customer number at the field “Verwendungszweck”? Otherwise the payment cannot be assigned to your account.
