It’s a good thing you have activated the itimized bill because that is the prerequisite for such a bill to be created in the first place: due to data security, o2 will not create an itimized bill without the expressed permsission by our customers.
Because of this, it is not possible to access call logs before said permission retroactively, I’m afraid.
Depending on the billing cycle, it is possible that the full itimized bill will only be available with the next upcoming regular bill; also, only those services not covered by flatrates will be featured in the itimized bill.

So flatrate customers can’t see a call log?
Only those calls that are not covered by the flat rate. An itemised bill is not really a call log but a list of individual call charges. If there are no charges then there is nothing to list.
