Hello There,

 

I am unable to view my invoice even after multiple attempts of login for a very long times .Not sure why I get error as some technical issue and try again later but this is what i get evertime when i want to see my invoice. Because of this i am unable to pay for my invoice. Request support here.

Have you already registered for “Mein o2”? This error message with technical problems is typical if you are trying to login in with the community login.

 

Please try if you can register here:

 

the easiest way to register this is when you are connected to your DSL connection at home via LAN or WiFi. To register, simply go to o2.de/registrieren and select “Ich bin DSL-Kunde”. In the next step you enter your landline number. You can find the landline number on your order confirmation, which you received by email.

Now all you have to do is to set a user name  and a password and you're done. The password must have a length of 8 to 30 characters and consist of at least 4 different characters. The following special characters are allowed:! # $ * + -? _

If you want to register from a different connection, you will also need your four-digit personal customer identification number.

Then you can log in as normal and call up all your contract data and of course the invoice as well.

Hello Giulia,

 

I have already discontinued the contract due to reason that O2 was only capable of providing 0.144 Mbps which was not at all sufficient for my use.

 

But unfortunately i have been receiving mails which i later found out that i have to pay cost of 0.50 Euros for whatsoever reason. I am unable to login to check why this cost is occurring in first place. I did try to transfer the cost last month to the bank account with my customer ID and i was suprised to see today I receved the mail to pay 1 Euro again.

 

Any advice how to resolve this is Highly appreciated. I am also unable to find any contact number who can support me in  English.
