I have a similar issue to the one described here:
If I go to meinO2, I am unable to change my tariff from O2 Loop, and instead I am told to call * 107 #
Upon doing so, I am told to top up my credit, and cannot change the tariff still.
When I ordered the Sim, I selected the Prepaid M pack, however this has not been ratified.
Please could someone assist?
