Hello,

I have a similar issue to the one described here: 

 

If I go to meinO2, I am unable to change my tariff from O2 Loop, and instead I am told to call * 107 # 

Upon doing so, I am told to top up my credit, and cannot change the tariff still.

When I ordered the Sim, I selected the Prepaid M pack, however this has not been ratified. 

 

Please could someone assist?

welcome to our English Community and thanks for your patience. 

 

I just had a look concerning your tariff-change-order for “o2 my Prepaid M”. 

 

The message that you received is totally correct. As the tariff is charged with 14,99 € for 28 days, you need to top-up this amount in order for the tariff-change to take place. We are waiting already since 24th February for this top-up. As soon as you have transferred the amount on your card, we will also do the tariff-change.
