Tricked into second partner contract

I was tricked into signing a new partner contract (second contract) when I went to cancel my original contract prior to the 2 years expiry. The sales man at Schwanthalerhohe Munich O2 store basically told me if I sign a new contract, my original amount would be discounted. He mentioned that the new sim card is “free”, which obviously it is not. I do not have a partner, I do not NEED a second sim card. 

This is the worst telecom service provider in the entire world. I have had so many payment issues with them in the 2 years, and was really looking forward to ending my contract with them. How do I end this second partner contract with them now, as it is simply an additional 30 euros I need to pay, on top of my main contract?

Yes I did talk to the complaints department and she was quite helpful but no solution has been found yet unfortunately, She asked me to send a letter describing the whole situation to the main Tefefonica office in Nurnberg. 

The problem i realized is that person has committed fraud in the sense to get my signature he withheld documents from me, i.e he dint give me the 1-2 pages of the second contract and hid it with 1-2 pages of my original contract.  

I will be sending a written letter soon and I am also planning to bring in a lawyer to sue that particular O2 partner dealer cause this is just one situation, who knows how many frauds like this has been done before and after my incident. 

Also for reference for anyone to not get tricked into, please avoid having any contact with the O2 partner shop in the address mentioned below :
