I would like to transfer my mobile number from O2 prepaid to Mobil debitel for my new contract. Could you please release my number XXXXXX for porting immediately?
I have been struggling with this issue for almost now 3 weeks

your prepaid number is hereby released for porting and can be taken over by your new provider. The porting declaration is valid for 60 days. Please also make sure that you have enough credit on your prepaid account, the port will be
charged with 24.95 EUR.

Please be aware of the fact that you need a credit of at least 24,95 € in order to port your number to another provider.
If you still wish to transfer your number, contact now your new provider.
If you have after the porting still a credit on your o2-card, please use this form: http://g.o2.de/pre-auszahlung Your credit will then be transferred to your bank account.
