Hi !

 

  1. I accidentally clicked top up of 10Euros which I want to revert. Can you please cancel this top up ? 
  1. The data pack which I bought last month shouldn’t be looped and I terminated immediately. Its due for SEPA debit in 3 days. Can you ensure that money won’t be debit for terminated pack. 
  2. What’s my current active tariff ? 
  3. How can I cancel SEPA direct debit and pay manually every month ?
