Dear Community,
I have bought my Sim card 4 days ago. Yesterday my internet data got fully used, so I decided to top-up so that I can increase my internet data.
As I have moved to Germany 4 days ago and have no German bank card yet, I found the option “Express Top-up by credit card or Paypal” and tried to top-up with this option. However, I tried with my 2 credit cards, with paypal, with a German credit card of my friends, but with all of the options, the result was the same “Your payment failed, try again later”.
Can someone help me? I am calling the English support line, but after 30 minute waiting time there was no response.
