Hello!
I ordered an eSIM testkarte a few days ago which is shown as active, but the webpage is broken when it allows me to choose between getting the QR code from a shop or via post.
If I click on “Shopfinder”, nothing happens whatsoever. I checked on both Firefox and Chrome to be safe.
If i click on “Per Post anfordern”, an error message appears saying:
Es tut uns Leid!
Beim Auftrag zum Versand ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Bitte versuchen Sie erneut.
This has been going on for a couple of days already, so I am unable to use the eSIM.
