Hello O2 Team and Community,

I've sent the termination contract since March 2017, but on my Mein O2, the contract is still running till next year. The O2 team had confirmed me in March, saying that the postpaid contract will end tomorrow, 4 November 2017. In addition, one of O2 Team had called me last month, asking the reasons I terminate the contract and he told that the contract will end tomorrow too. Can you fix this problem? I am living now in Indonesia as my German Visa is ended.

Meanwhile, can you please change my number into the prepaid number? I really want to keep this number and hope to come back to Germany for my study again in the future.

I am really looking forward to the response.

Thank you

"Mein o2" does not show the date of termination. If you have already the confirmation, than your contract/SIM card will be deactivated on November 5th (or maybe the following day) Switching direct from postpaid to prepaid isn't possible.

Hello, thank you for the reply. But last time the O2 staff who contacted me said that it was possible to change from postpaid to a prepaid number. He suggested me to contact the customer service. It was so difficult to reach them, so i decided to post my case here.

@o2_Sanna@o2_Lars@o2_Hilfe@o2_Jessica‌ can you please help solving my case?

Thank you very much ☺️

Hi @novaresfita

as you may have noticed, your contract has been cancelled on November 4th. So everthing fine here ☺️

Now that you are already in Indonesia it's not possible to switch your number to Prepaid, becauce you need to buy and activate a SIM-Card for Prepaid first. After that it`s possible to move your old Number to the new Prepaid-SIM-Card (Rufnummerportierung).

Regards

Jelena

Good day . I would like to terminate my postpaid sim. I never agreed to had a 02 free M boost. 34,99€ monthly then another 32€ . It is too much for me . Many times i complained about it yet they would say they alread fix it . Even the supervisor admittedly had a wrong fill up. Please help.

hi @DaneJane

welcome to our Community!

You can send your cancellation to the following address:
Telefonica Germany GmbH & Co OHG
Kundenbetreuung
90345 Nürnberg

Alternatively, if you have already made a reservation online, please call the number displayed on the website to confirm the cancellation by phone.
You can then talk to these colleagues again about a possible cost reduction.

Best, Alina

Thank you very much with your immediate response. I have a question??? What will I send to your address provided??? In addition I have not yet reserved online. A shop where I had my transactions before told me that it is different to cancel and terminate the post paid plan. Just want to lessen my payments or definitely terminate it. For 14 months, 34,99 is deducting in my account yet many times I already complaint I never agreed to free M boost. I guess I was scammed by their proposal yet another plan they register in the Computer. Frustrating.

Hi @DaneJane ,

I'm sorry things turned out this way. In the system I see that the colleagues in the shop should not have given the discount anymore, because this action was already over when you accepted the offer.
In addition, we only have a certain amount of time to correct this. Especially for shop contracts. This period had already expired when you complained about the missing discount. We have also informed the respective shop about this.
Sorry that this did not work out the way you wanted it to.

Best regards,
Alina

I already complained earlier yet they don’t acknowledge it or even report the complain in the system. They acknowledged it when I was very angry in the shop. Anyway thank you for responding.
