Whenever my internet pack or my combi option pack is towards the end, there is always a technical error on my O2 app and on the my O2 website page after I login. So, I am never able to activate the next internet pack or the combi pack before the expiry of my previous pack. Due to this, there comes a gap between two activated packs when O2 conveniently deducts money from my exisiting O2 money balance. Then, I am forced to reacharge minimum 15€ just because 50 cents or 1€ has been deducted and the balance is not enough to reach funny pack values of 12.99€ etc.
I donot understand why the recharge amounts have to be in round numbers whereas the packs are not rounded at all. And towards the end of any pack, O2 will throw a technical error and your balance is deducted conveniently to barely miss the adequate balance to buy a new pack. Then you are forced to recharge another 15€ to your account.
