Whenever my internet pack or my combi option pack is towards the end, there is always a technical error on my O2 app and on the my O2 website page after I login. So, I am never able to activate the next internet pack or the combi pack before the expiry of my previous pack. Due to this, there comes a gap between two activated packs when O2 conveniently deducts money from my exisiting O2 money balance. Then, I am forced to reacharge minimum 15€ just because 50 cents or 1€ has been deducted and the balance is not enough to reach funny pack values of 12.99€ etc. 

I donot understand why the recharge amounts have to be in round numbers whereas the packs are not rounded at all. And towards the end of any pack, O2 will throw a technical error and your balance is deducted conveniently to barely miss the adequate balance to buy a new pack. Then you are forced to recharge another 15€ to your account.

Hello @Musicmaniac, welcome to our o2 community :-)

If I understand you right you are using one of our prepaid tariffs? If you already have enough money fpor a renewwal of the package, it will automatically being activated as soon as the previous package expires so there is no need to manually actiavet it via our Mein o2 app or our only portal.

Do you recieve the same error message if you just activated a new package?
