Hello,

I had a contract with you last April (O2 my home M, LTE). The internet speed is very slow most of the time. 1.3 Mbps or something like this. I would appreciate if you could help me cancel this contract. The speed is not acceptable at all and I can not finish my work because of the slow connection. If you offer a contract transfer to DSL or Cable, that would be an option also.

If not, please help me solve the problem as soon as possible.

I regret that you are not happy with your HomeSpot. 

Did you already check if we offer LTE for HomeSpot at your address of usage? You can check this here: Internet Connectivity

You will see there as well if we offer DSL or Cable. 

Did you have a look already online under "Livecheck". Do you see there any issues?
