Hi @Richiemens ,

if the phone is asking for the PUK, it should also display how many tries you have left. 10 tries are the base. If you enter the code, but the counter stays the same, it is more an error of the UI.

In this case, please try:

**05*PUK*newPIN*newPIN#

In order to enter this in first place, please click in “Notruf” or “Emergency” or the icon which shows the keypad.

This way, you can set a new PIN (which is necessary because the SIM is PUK-Locked) and unlock the SIM on the very same phone.

Another alternative would be a different phone. If the SIM shows no signs of the PUK-Lock while being in a different cellphone, the Code your phone wants may be a code for a NetLock?

Best regards,
Kurt

Hi @Richiemens ,

are we talking about the number connected to your account (ending with 47)?

This number has no pack or option, but the card is active and according to the data, fully usable.

Have you tried restarting your phone?

Best regards,

Kurt

Hello @Richiemens,

quick question for understanding: what do you mean by saying your account is requesting a netlock?
Netlock is actually connected with prepaid devices which can just use sim cards from o2 for example.

I'm still a little undecided at the moment. Could you give us some more information?

Kind regards

Dear @Richiemens ,

you have entered your PIN incorrectly for three times and now the PUK is needed. You will find it on the card from which you removed your SIM card or in the online portal under My o2. We here in the community cannot give it out.

Kind regards,

Andrea
