SIM Card Order


Hi,

I ordered a new sim card from the O2 website on 03.12.2020 and I recieved the email that the card will be delivered in 2-3 working days. But I have not yet recieved the SIM Card. Is there any way I can track my order?

As your message concerning the missing sim-card is already some days ago, did the sim-card arrive in the mean-time and is your issue clarified? 

 

If not, please do not hesitate to contact us here in our English community again. In this case, let us know if you talk about a prepaid-card or a contract for 24 months.
