Hello! I am in world zone 1, in France. I am using iPhone XS iOS 13. Since a few weeks I have started receiving the notification “new carrier settings available. Do you want to update now?” Since that time I could not connect my laptop to my mobile hotspot. I finally updated carrier settings. Now when I click on “set up personal hotspot” I am receiving the note “to enable hotspot, contact o2-de”. I need my personal hotspot for my laptop but I cannot. Can anyone help? O2 says APN should be internet. It is so, but nothing works. I have also updated iOS latest
