Dear @Doodlebug ,
welcome in our community.
You can refuse to accept the parcel, in which case it will automatically be returned to us and cancelled. Acceptance can also be refused subsequently if the package has not been opened. You can then hand it in at the post office and say that you want to refuse acceptance and that it should go back to the sender. Is that the way you used? Then there are no problems with the return shipment.
Kind regards,
Andrea
Hallo @o2_Andrea
Also the woman in the customer service said that I should log in into the O2 Logistic Center and follow the steps for “Rücksendung”. That's what I did. As of the moment the return shipment (phone and sim) were successfully delivered. The status for the phone is already checked but the status of the sim appears to be not hence, the sim still appears in Meine Bestellungen and is for activation.
Can you please look at it? Will I receive a mail or notification that the plan for iPhone 13 pro (with sim) is successfully cancelled?
Thank you in advance!
Hello @Doodlebug,
Please cancel the contract immediately if you do not wish to use it. You can do this within 14 days of concluding the contract. You can find all the information here:
The fastest is to send an E-Mail to: widerruf@cc.o2online.de
With all needed information like the order number, customer number and so on.
The sim card does not have to be returned.
Kind regards
Jessica
hi @o2_Jessica
Thank you for your advice!
I already send a cancellation notice using the formular that you’ve link above into their email. I hope I made it right.
As to the sim that you are talking about. I did not open the package at all hence i returned the whole package back to Arvato Supply Chain Solutions.
One question, when will I receive that the cancellation is already successful? Do you have any idea?
Hello @Doodlebug,
On 11 January you received an email with the following content:
Dear o2 customer,
we have processed and accepted your return with order number WSHW4xxxxxx8.
Please note:
We will transfer your My Handy down payment and shipping costs to your bank account. If you have already made My Handy instalments or a credit deposit, we will also refund the amount to your bank account.
But one more quick question: you wrote an email to widerruf@cc.o2online.de? With the corresponding contract that is also to be deactivated?
Kind regards
Jessica
hello @o2_Jessica
Nope. I didn't received any email with that content.
And as per your advice, Yes, I send an email to widerruf@cc.o2online.de with the corresponding subject:
“Cancellation of iPhone 13 pro contract” I put the order number and customer order and so on.
Today they’ve sended me an email that they already cancelled the order.
As I’ve checked it into my O2 app, it seemed to be cancelled already.
Thank you!
Dear @Doodlebug ,
that sounds good. Have you checked whether the other email might have ended up in your spam folder?
Kind regards,
Andrea
