Return of my o2 Home spot


i have returned my o2 home Spot and cancelled my Contract before the 14 Day period and all was good but unfortunately i found in the monthly receipt  that i should Pay for 129 Euro of my Cancelled Contract and when i cancelled it i was assured that i won’t pay them because i cancelled in the 14 Days period

We can confirm this status. The rent is still active, however, we have request the immediate deactivation and refund of the rent for last month.

Hi @Serageldin94 ,

 

we haven’t received a withdrawal wihin 14 days, I’m afraid. From the looks of it, you’re requested a contract cancellation via the “Online Kündigungsvormerkung”, which you’ve confimed via phone. These are two different things, since the cancellation will always be set after the minimum contract duration, while the withdrawal is exactly that, a withdrawal from contract.

Because of that, the contract runs just as a normal contract would. Have you also sent a mail for the withdrawal to widerruf@cc.online.de ?

The HomeSpot return has not yet been processed. Have you checked if DHL already delivered the device to us?

i already sent the O2 Home spot and got a confirmation that you have received it but it looks like i really did cancel the contract not widerruf so thanks but please check i have returned the O2 Home spot router

thanks for your reply. Yes, the homespot is successful retourned to us, the monthly fee for the hardware will be removed. :relaxed:

Merry Christmas Before any thing 
i have a Question will t be removed from the Rechnung / Receipt or how will it be removed as i am still getting the same amount of money to Pay on 29.12.2021 so will you be able to remove it before that time

Hello @Serageldin94,

I had a look into this, at first glance I can see that a mobile device has been sent back but it does not look like it was the Homespot. Is it possible that the email you recieved does not concern our Homespot but another device?

i can really assure that i have sent it back you can even track the DHL tracking Number

hello again last month we all agreed that my Router was Returned and all was set this month i have found out in my Monthly payment that i have paid for the router 35 euro so can you please explain why i already gave the router to you

Hi @Serageldin94,

in the last invoice there was a credit booked for the router. You can find it on page 2 in the invoice details.

yes i can see that but why ? i already returned the router ! 
but to be sure will i pay anything regrading the cancelled contract next month either it was for the router or the Contract ! 
because right now i contract was cancelled and the router was sent back i should not pay any thing else except my Mobile Contract which is 44.99 right now and my Apple watch

when did you sent back the Homespot? I can only see incoming returns für a mobile phone, not a homespot.

Dear @Serageldin94 ,

how did you return the Homespot via the return portal for loaner hardware or via the returns portal for purchased hardware?

I'm a bit surprised that both went to the same address, I think they should have been different addresses.

i have talked to the customer Services at the time and they sent me an SMS with link to Send the router 
and i used the link  for two the Routers

the router has been returned, that is fine. The contract (o2 My Home M) was cancelled by January 21st and will not be charged afterwards.
