i have returned my o2 home Spot and cancelled my Contract before the 14 Day period and all was good but unfortunately i found in the monthly receipt that i should Pay for 129 Euro of my Cancelled Contract and when i cancelled it i was assured that i won’t pay them because i cancelled in the 14 Days period

We can confirm this status. The rent is still active, however, we have request the immediate deactivation and refund of the rent for last month.
