I have two contracts that are due for renewal  - I want to renew one at a sim-only low data and the other on a sim-only medium data and I aslo want to add a new sim - what’s the best deal available?

We currently offer two different types of tariffs. Firstly, those with a fixed data volume, there are 3, 6, 10, 20, 40, 60 and 120 GB and secondly our new unlimited tariffs with unlimited data volume. These differ only in the transmission speed. Up to 2, 10 or 225 MBit/s are available. What do you prefer?

Please tell me the last three digits of your mobile phone number and the tariff you prefer for it.

We can only offer a new SIM card for free, if you buy a new mobile at the same time. However, if you want to extend your contract without a new mobile, the SIM card costs 29.99 euros.

So for the existing contract phones:

  • ending 459 I only need 1GB data
  • ending 453 I would like 6 GB data

and for the new contract SIM I would like 3GB data

whats the best deal I can get?

I have prepared the three offers for you as requested and I hope it suits for you.
For the phone number xxx459 an o2 Free S with 3 GB (smallest tarriiff we actually offer), for the xxx453 an o2 Free S Boost online kombi and for the new contract an o2 Free S kombi with 3 GB. The offers will be sent by email to the email address we have on file.

If you like one offer (or all of them), you can order it directly via the link in the email, just click on the button in the email "extend contract".

I have extended your contracts by 24 months. ✔️ The new contract periods start today and end on October 26th 2022. The cancellation period is again at least 3 months before the end of the contract.
Tomorrow (October 28th 2020) I will change your tariffs to the o2 Free S and the o2 Free S Boost Online Kombi. I will also change the tariffs free of charge for you. ✔️
 
Contract extensions and tariff changes will be confirmed to you by e-mail tomorrow. Attached to these e-mails you will also find, among other things, a revocation instruction. So if you decide to change your mind after all, that is no problem. Contract extensions and tariff changes can be cancelled within 14 days. ✔️

Dear Andrea,

Good news: Existing Sims are changed to new plans.

BAD news: New sim and phone have not arrived !

What can I do? The website states there are technical issues and doesnt show me anything….help?

I just looked and it was deposited that the package was probably damaged and therefore DHL returned it directly to us. The order was cancelled and the installment payment is also cancelled.
Can you use the link I sent you for the order again or should I send you a new one?

why would they cancel the order rather than just post a new one out? Does the SIM come in the package as the phone, because we haven’t received that either?

this happens automatically. You can cancel the o2 MyHandy contract by refusing acceptance. Therefore, any contract to a cell phone that comes back to us is automatically cancelled. If the cell phone contract and the cell phone were ordered together, then they belong together and the mobile phone contract is also canceled (that is the legal requirement).
