Dear O2,
Today, when I tried to buy a new tariff for Internet-Packs, I accidentally bought a new tariff (o2 my Prepaid M) due to my weak German. This was totally by mistake and I had to pay 15 euros from my Aktuelles Guthaben for a tariff which I will never use.
I would like to have a refund for this and give up on the tariff which I bought by accident. Is this possible?
In addition, this month's plan and 20 euros have been transferred from the my account. I requested a refund for both. Therefore, please re-enable the original plan 'o2 my Prepaid L'.
