Hi, I received a call from Peru and I want to know if O2 will charge me for that? The entity in Peru, a bank, told me they were paying for the call.
I have monthly contract with O2, no prepaid

You will not be charged for incoming calls. This is not uncommon in the USA, for example, but does not happen in Germany.

As bs0 says you do not have any costs for an incoming call here. There are some providers in other countries that do charge for incoming calls. So that can be something to watch out for when travelling.
