Hello!

Recently i moved in my home town and i wanna know why o2 stil sent every month a email to pay per exemple 1 euro and few cents ! I i attached a photo for example ! I spoke to the people from o2 and I specified to them that I no longer live in Germany and I said clearly that they should cancel my mobile contract ! 

Anyone  who has been through this situation!? Could you please help me or give me some reasons ?!
