Question about an order


Where can I find information about my order?  It's been 3 weeks since I sent her and I still haven't received the letter

I placed an order for an eSIM 3 weeks ago.  O2 send me mail saying I can activate my sim.  But until today the letter with the sim did not come.  Ihre Auftragsnummer lautet: XXXXXXXX

maybe there is just some kind of misunderstanding here, if you ordered a change to an eSIM, then you won’t get a physical SIM send to you. What exactly have you ordered, an eSIM or a classical simcard?

eSIM and today is the day who activate automatically… i will start pay something for I don’t use it

 

 

Can I find my barcode for eSIM somewhere in o2.de??

thank you for your answer. Which tarifplan are you using and how have you ordered the eSim Card? 
Have you only tried it once? Dit you received a notice of confirmation of your order placement?
