Hi @leriscoelho,

thanks for your request.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any support in this regard as we do not sell amplifiers for mobile phone connections.

Of course, you can check if you find a convenient amplifier on the electronic market. But I cannot promise you that this will solve your issue. Additionally, we do not offer any support in this case.

Loving greetings,

Tobias

Hi @imdesperate22,

I regret the inconveniences that you have at the moment with the connection of your homespot.

As we are in the middle of updating our homespot in order to solve the issues, I would like to ask you for some patience.

If you still have slow internet connection after the update, please come back to us here in our English community.

Thanks a lot for your patience.

Loving greetings,

Tobias

I am experiencing exactly the same problems. Have had my Homespot for about 3 months and today, suddenly, the speed has dropped from an average of 50 Mb to hardly 20 Mb. My WLAN led is also now blinking red which indicates a poor WLAN connection. I live not more than about 500 meters from the transmitting tower so it cannot be the distance or the weather! My reception values have dropped dramatically. This problem is either something O2 has changed in their system or a new software download in the Homespot. Because it seems to be happening in several places it would seem O2 must know something about it!

edit o2_Tobias: moved from Homespot to a new thread

@o2_Tobias Good Night,

I have the same problem, was everything fine, and now my o2 home spot is always slow, and the third light from top to the bottom is always blinking red, the other four are blue continuous, i cant access the modem on 192.168.1.1, because says that only one user can use the WEB UI per time, but i am only using in one equipment, and still doesn’t work.

Hi @Onecolin

welcome to our English Community.

I just opened a new thread for you.

I regret that you do not have anymore the data connection as before.

Did you already check in our livecheck if you see any lack of data-connection or some works being done? Since when do you have less data-connection?

I look forward to your reply.

Loving greetings,

Tobias
