Problem with receiving my number.

Hello, I hope one can help me here. 

I was on a prepaid plan with LycaMobile. I have ordered a contract from O2 where I did choose that my number should be same and the provider should change to O2. Now I just received an email from O2 telling me that my new number! 

1. I don’t know why they just ignored my request, which was clearly stated in my application “ I don’t want to change my number” 

2. In this case, will I receive a physical SIM card with the phone?

 

Please help me with this if any of you faced the same issue before.

The phone number portability process will start one day after activation. Wait for the SMS first.

If you specified number portability when you signed the contract, it will start one day after activation.
Has the SIM card already been activated and have you received the SMS?

Thanks for answering, I have received a notice from DHL saying that they send my parcel back to the provider, I am still waiting for them to send it back to me again.

was this about a smartphone or other hardware that you’ve ordered separately from the contract or did you order a bundle of some kind?

Hello, I just received my phone with my SIM card, but I am still confused about the payment where in the receipt it appears that they will start the automatic transaction on 25.09.2024 while in my bank account it appears that there is upcoming transaction in the next 5 days. 

I need to clarify if the payment of the SIM plan is included with the phone or separately, In my understanding, I will pay 59 euros for both (device and SIM plan)….  how can I make sure about all this?

Does that mean 59 euros is not for both?
When I ordered the device with the SIM, it was as a contract for 2 years. first payment will be 156.94 and then 59 each month. Do you mean it will not be like this?

There are 2 debits per month, totaling EUR 59.

yes, when it is an installment plan and a mobile contract via is, then it is going to be two separate debits.

As your login seems not to be connected to an Mein o2 customer portal registration for your contract, we cannot check your data, but did you already recive your phone bill from us?
