Hello, I hope one can help me here.
I was on a prepaid plan with LycaMobile. I have ordered a contract from O2 where I did choose that my number should be same and the provider should change to O2. Now I just received an email from O2 telling me that my new number!
1. I don’t know why they just ignored my request, which was clearly stated in my application “ I don’t want to change my number”
2. In this case, will I receive a physical SIM card with the phone?
Please help me with this if any of you faced the same issue before.
