Problem in O2 system


Good morning everyone. I have made in April an online Antrag for an iphone 13 pro max but when ut arrived i was at work and i couldn't pick up the phone that went directly back to O2 and the contract was automatically canceled. Since then i can't make any new contract with o2 neither online or in shops. The workers in O2 shops say that i already have a contract since april in O2 but i am sure i don't have. Now when i want to make a new order the system also asks me my old pkk that i already created in April and i don't remember it. My question now, is it possible that you delete my informations stored in your system so i can make a new order? Thank you and i am here to provide you with the details you may need.

Your credit check seems to be negative. We can't tell you exactly why that is, because we don't have any insight into it. You can write to the following address to get information.

I don't know how this can be. I never had a contract with o2 and i am a doctor here in Germany i don't understand how i have a negative check. It's ok i received the same contract from Vodafone it seems that my credit check there was better. Thank you anyway for your reply.
