Good morning everyone. I have made in April an online Antrag for an iphone 13 pro max but when ut arrived i was at work and i couldn't pick up the phone that went directly back to O2 and the contract was automatically canceled. Since then i can't make any new contract with o2 neither online or in shops. The workers in O2 shops say that i already have a contract since april in O2 but i am sure i don't have. Now when i want to make a new order the system also asks me my old pkk that i already created in April and i don't remember it. My question now, is it possible that you delete my informations stored in your system so i can make a new order? Thank you and i am here to provide you with the details you may need.
