I recharge today 15 euros by app and don't apply 9.99 euros but I apply for 12.99 euros for call and sms but when I recharge, it's automatically reduced 9.99 euros with 5gb data which I didn't did it and I unscripted it but my money also gone:(.... what should I do?

I am sorry to hear that a package was activated that you did not wish to activate. If you like, we can have a look into this and see what possibilities we have to solve this issue :-)
