Prepaid Tariff Change


Hello Community,

I had my tariff originally set at Prepaid S but somehow got downgraded to 9 cents after a few month’s use. I tried changing tariff from Mein O2 but it’s no longer possible and I have to use the other platform to do so. Unfortunately I am not very good in Deutsche yet. :(

Can someone assist me to get back the Prepaid S tariff for my sim?

Thanks a lot for your help @o2_Ines. :)

I was just wondering why it has to be done manually now.. The first few months I was using it, the tariff was automatically booked. But I guess it’s much better this way because I can choose what I need for a certain month.
