Million dollar question: WHY do you make it so challenging to get an invoice??

It’s very simple really. I paid for something, you delivered, and now we have to prove that transaction to the big boys - so why the complications? It’s probably easier to get an invoice from the black market. 

Then to top it off, you want to charge me to get my invoice? That must be a joke, it’s ridiculous.

But there must be a reason for an empire like yourself to pull this off… so again I ask: WHY?

There are no sales taxes when topping up credit. Therefore, an invoice does not make any sense. (0% Mehrwertsteuer) Sales tax is only calculated when you use credit. If you need a receipt i.e.for the tax office, call customer service and get a sales tax receipt. (Umsatzsteuerbeleg)
