I am glad to read your request regarding using prepaid packages.
First of all, rebooking a package is not a solution when you still have data on your package and the internet is not working.
The problems can be network errors or, since you are working as a bike courier, a lack of coverage on site.
In our Live Check you can see if there is already a known fault or if you can report one.
What you can also do is switch off your mobile phone briefly and then restart it.
If you regularly use a lot of data, a post-paid contract could also be a possible option for you?
