I would like to transfer from mobile number from O2 prepaid to other service provider for my new contract. I have visited O2 shop in Mannheim and nothing turned out well.
Can you tell me the steps how should I proceed?
like:
- For porting to other service provider, I have to have balance of 24.xx Euros. (is it correct) what about remaining balance?
- I have to inform you guys that I want to move for porting please release my number.
- then I have to apply for that new service provider to proceed with the contract?
Could you please release my number XXXXXXX for porting immediately?
