Porting to another network

Hello,

I have a prepaid but I am porting to a new network on postpaid. Could you please release my number for porting?

I am not sure if you can see it from my profile or what is a secure way to post it here - just let me know. Thanks!

I have just released now your number.

 

You can now contact your new provider in order to start the porting-order. Please be aware of the fact that the we will charge you with 6,82 €. Please make sure to have this amount on your prepaid-card still.

 

If you still have a credit on your card after the porting of your number, you can transfer the amount to your bank-account by using this form: credit-transfer to your bank account
