I am using O2 prepaid sim for the last two months, recharging with a €15 plan, but unfortunately, the validity has now expired. Consequently, I am unable to make calls and access data services. In light of this, I have minimum usage of call and data service so I have decided to switch to another service provider with cheaper monthly plan.
I would appreciate it if you could guide me through the process of porting my mobile number to the new provider. I checked it in online after login to O2 website but I am not seeing the option ‘"o2 Rufnummer zu einem anderen Anbieter mitnehmen”’ for porting to another provider as mentioned in the previous post by ‘O2_Jassica’. Additionally, if there are any outstanding steps or considerations on my end, please let me know so that I can ensure a smooth transition. I look forward to your guidance and assistance.
